3.2 PV glass
光伏玻璃產品介紹光伏玻璃是一種通過層壓入太陽電池,能夠利用太陽輻射發(fā)電,并具有相關電流引出裝置以及電纜的特種玻璃。它有著美觀、透光可控、節(jié)能發(fā)電且它不需燃料,不產生廢氣,無余熱,無廢渣,無噪音污染的優(yōu)點,應用非常廣泛,如:太陽能智能窗,太陽能涼亭和光伏玻璃建筑頂棚,以及光伏玻璃幕墻等等。光伏玻璃可分為晶體硅光伏玻璃和薄膜光伏玻璃兩大類,其中幕墻最常用的是晶體硅類,他又分單晶硅和多晶硅兩類。下面介紹的一種光伏玻璃是由玻璃-PVB(EVA)膠膜-太陽電池-PVB(EVA)膠膜-玻璃共5層組成(見下圖),類似于建筑上常用的夾膠玻璃,具有很好的安全性??梢酝ㄟ^控制雙面玻璃之間的電池間隙和邊緣空隙,來制成5%~80%透光率的光伏玻璃。中空光伏玻璃是將中空玻璃的外層玻璃替換成雙玻夾膠光伏組件,在生產工藝上比雙玻夾膠光伏組件多一些合成中空的步驟。并無本質區(qū)別。由于晶體硅光伏組件在高溫時的發(fā)電效率會下降一些,因此中空光伏組玻璃一般在非高溫地區(qū)使用較多。薄膜光伏玻璃的特點是重量輕、厚度薄、可彎曲、易攜帶,弱光性好,在早晚光線弱的情況下,發(fā)電效果優(yōu)于單晶硅電池,但并沒有傳統(tǒng)硅晶電池轉化效率高。

Photovoltaic glass can be divided into two categories: crystalline silicon photovoltaic glass and thin film photovoltaic glass. The photovoltaic glass with 80% transmittance can be made by controlling the cell gap and edge gap between the two sides of glass. The hollow photovoltaic glass is to replace the outer glass of the hollow glass with the double glass sandwich photovoltaic module, which is more hollow than the double glass sandwich photovoltaic module in the production process. There is no essential difference. Because the efficiency of the crystal silicon photovoltaic module will decrease at high temperature, the hollow photovoltaic glass is usually used in the non-high temperature area. Thin film photovoltaic glass is characterized by light weight, thin thickness, bending, easy to carry and good weak light. In the case of weak light in the morning and evening, the power generation effect is better than that of single crystal silicon cell, but the conversion efficiency is not higher than that of traditional silicon crystal cell.
